Sugbo Mercado, a food market in Cebu located at Garden Bloc, Inez Villa St., Apaz, Cebu City (sa IT Park para dali lang matud-an) were one can find and taste some of the best delicacies in town in just one place. It's like a food bazaar, a one stop shop for everyone's hungry tummy.
