Whazzuup!!! In my previous post I unboxed the Viltrox Manual Lens Adapter I bought from Lazada Philippines. In this post am gonna show you my output using my Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 with my Sony A6000 APS-C camera through this little Viltrox Manual Adapter NF-NEX.
Attaching the Tamron lens to the Sony A6000 looks cool but I found out that the front lens is heavier than the camera body and it took me a while to adapt my hands to this kind of camera setup. The weight is in front of the camera, not like when you are using DSLR that the body is also heavy or heavier than the lens or using my A6000 with its kit lens (I don't have any other lenses for my Sony) which is super light. In the end, I managed to handle this new combo.
Here's a humble video I made for this Viltrox Manual Lens Adapter using my iPhone 6s. Photos included in this video are edited using Lightroom Mobile with my presets. Photos below the videos are edited from my PC Lightroom using the same presets. The difference between mobile and PC is quite noticeable.
Here are the photos I took with my Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 plus Viltrox Manual Lens Adapter plus Sony A6000

In my own opinion, using Viltrox Manual Lens Adapter for my Sony A6000 is a win. Not a bad purchase from Lazada Philippines for about 1500.00 Pesos. For you out there who wanted to try using your DSLR lenses with your mirrorless camera, Viltrox has a wide array of lens adapters you can choose from. From manual to automatic lens adapter to speed booster... Viltrox has it.
